I am a Certified Home Inspector being a Member in good standing of the National Association Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I am a Certified Mold Inspector -- training that allows me to visually screen a home and by sampling areas for potential mold problems. In addition to mold samplings, I am certified to test a home for radon, asbestos, lead along with complete water analysis, determining levels of bacteria such as coli form and E Coli, chlorine, lead, iron, nitrates and nitrites, copper, hardness and clarity.

All Inspections are performed according to current industry standards. I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and abide by them.

We are one of the very few Property Inspectors in northwest Ohio that has Thermal Imagery equipment in our arsenal of inspection tools. Thermal Imagery can identify and pinpoint heat loss areas as well as the sources of moisture and water contamination that not only create molds but also generate huge repair bills to fix if conditions are left to deteriorate. Additionally Thermal Imagery can pinpoint plumbing, electrical and roofing issues along with assisting in preventive maintenance programs for homes and offices.

I have 37 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and renovations.

I have successfully completed over 150 credit hours of continuing education and fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education annually.

I am a Certified Infrared Thermographer.
